Who Should Apply?
Students from all academic backgrounds and majors at HBCUs are invited to apply for the program. Experience and/or interest in the areas of leadership and management are required of all applicants, and should be demonstrated during various steps of the application process. While the selection process is competitive, program administrators are driven to bring together a diverse group of emerging managers and leaders with a variety of skill sets from across the United States.
Applications will be available in January 24, 2012 and with a March 30, 2012 submission deadline. Applications can be downloaded (pdf). Please fill out, scan materials and email to sieml@ucop.edu.
